- Tax Registration Certificate or VAT Declaration Form for a non-tax registered company - VAT Declaration Form printed on a company letterhead signed with the company stamp
- Power of Attorney Certificate
- Memorandum of Association for Limited Liability Company and Civil Company
- Appointment Contract of Local Service Agent for Sole Establishment Company
International brokers and associates
- Commercial License/Certificate of Incorporation translated into English (authenticated/attested/issued by the local government)
- Memorandum of Association or Articles of Incorporation
- Clear/properly scanned passport copy with signature page, National ID (front and back side) of the owners, partners, shareholders and authorized signatory
- Complete company bank account details in English printed on a company letterhead, signed by an authorized signatory with a company stamp
Referral agent
- Clear/properly scanned passport copy and signature page and Emirates ID (front and back side) of the broker
- Complete bank account details
